End of an Era

It was with great sadness that I learned the news that my oldest art gallery has closed down. I have sold my paintings there for more than 30 years. It is called  the 'Treasure Art Gallery, located in Sedona, AZ. The gallery's owner Mary Juharos has been having some health setbacks and had to retire.
These paintings are just a few examples of work that is, or was in the gallery. I do not remember which have sold and which have not. I know that I sold the top painting and that I made a lot of money from this black Bear. It got reproduced as a plaque and sold many copies. It was called, 'Welcome to Our Den'.
A Sea of Grass.
Cat Walk.
A Tired Old Bear.
In the Fox Hole.
Spectacled Eider.
Golden Dog.

Christmas Sunrise. Sitka Black-tailed Deer.
A cool Drink.
Lark Sparrow.
Along the Ridge.
There are more old paintings that will eventually be sent back. I look forward to seeing rhose that I have forgotten about but do not know what to do with them.

Sorry to hear this news, John. It will be interesting to see which ones you'll decide you don't like and need to "fix."

A pity the Gallery has closed.... I like "Cat Walk" a lot, too - but I'm sure it will seem odd to encounter the unsold paintings again.
